As a Mosaic 3 member who just finished the 25for25 challenge, here’s my honest take on whether this is worth booking.
I spent the second half of 2025 flying to 25 unique JetBlue destinations to complete the 25for25 challenge, so I know their network well — and this Europe sale is the real deal.
JetBlue is running a transatlantic sale right now with one-way fares to Europe starting at $229. The catch: you have to book by tomorrow, March 12. So if you’ve been sitting on a Europe trip, now’s the time to stop thinking about it and start booking it.
The Fares
These are one-way, nonstop fares out of Boston (BOS) and New York (JFK). Here’s what’s currently showing on JetBlue’s Europe page:

A Note on Blue Basic
The $229 fare is Blue Basic, which means no changes or cancellations without fees, and you board in the last group. For a domestic hop that might be fine. For a transatlantic flight, I’d personally step up to regular Blue. The price difference is usually modest and it gives you a lot more flexibility if something changes with your plans. You also need Blue or above for your flights to count toward Mosaic tiles — something to keep in mind if you’re still building status.
On that note: if you completed the 25for25 challenge and are sitting on a big TrueBlue balance like I am, this is worth checking on the points side too. JetBlue’s program is revenue-based, so award rates drop alongside cash fares during sales. Could be a smart way to put those points to work.
Mosaic 3 Perk Worth Remembering
As of February 1, 2026, Mosaic 3 members earn 10 total TrueBlue points per dollar on JetBlue bookings — that’s 4 bonus points per dollar on top of the base 6. Book a transatlantic fare directly on jetblue.com and you’re earning at a solid rate on top of an already discounted price.
Where I’d Book
London at $229 is the obvious one — it’s familiar, direct from both JFK and Boston, and hard to beat at that price. If you’ve done London and want something a bit different, Edinburgh at $249 from JFK is worth a serious look. Less crowded, genuinely interesting history, and with summer festivals it’s a good time to be there.
Barcelona at $249 from Boston is also a strong value, especially if you’re thinking about building a trip around it — Mediterranean itineraries depart from there and it positions you well for a few days in Spain before or after. Just know that Barcelona hotel costs have gone up considerably, so budget accordingly on the ground.
Dublin makes sense if you want a straightforward first trip to Europe. English-speaking, manageable to navigate, and generally easier on the wallet than London once you’re there.
Bottom Line
This is a legitimate deal. JetBlue’s transatlantic product is solid — the Mint cabin is excellent if you want to splurge, and even in economy the nonstop flights are comfortable. For those of us who’ve been flying JetBlue enough to earn Mosaic status, booking directly also means you’re earning points at the enhanced rate starting this month.
Travel dates run through spring and into late summer 2026, so there’s room to be flexible about when you go. You just have to book by tomorrow night to get the sale price.
