Bilt Rewards announced a new points transfer partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts on Tuesday. This allows members to move Bilt points to Wyndham Rewards at a 1-to-1 ratio. The launch comes with a transfer bonus promotion for the program’s monthly Rent Day on April 1.
This partnership is Bilt’s sixth hotel transfer partner. It joins Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Accor on the list. Members can start transferring points now in increments of 1,000, with a minimum transfer of 1,000 points. Wyndham Rewards has over 122 million enrolled members worldwide and includes more than 8,300 hotels across 25 brands. These range from budget options like Days Inn, Super 8, and La Quinta to more upscale choices under Wyndham Grand and Dolce Hotels & Resorts. Free night redemptions start at 7,500 points.
The company stated that this partnership is a significant addition to what is already the largest 1-to-1 transfer partner network available.
For April Rent Day on April 1, Bilt will offer a transfer bonus to Wyndham Rewards based on member elite status. Blue members will receive a 25% bonus, Silver members 50%, Gold members 75%, and Platinum members 100%. Members can also spend $125 in Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade one status tier for this promotion. Platinum members who upgrade will receive a 125% bonus. The promotion runs from midnight ET April 1 through 11:59 p.m. PT on the same day.
Other benefits for April Rent Day include double points on non-housing purchases made with Bilt credit cards. Targeted members will receive a 50% bonus on housing credits during rent week through April 1. Members will also earn 5x points on Metropolis parking through April 1. Bilt is hosting neighborhood fitness classes at SoulCycle and Barry’s Bootcamp locations, along with dining experiences and a pop-up food truck at the company’s new Meatpacking District headquarters in New York City. This truck will feature offerings from chef Kwame Onwuachi.
Bilt’s network includes over 6 million homes throughout the United States.
